Alessandro Del Piero saluted departing Milan stars Alessandro Nesta, Gennaro Gattuso and Pippo Inzaghi. “Opponents, but never enemies.”

The trio confirmed this week they will not be extending their contracts, so can leave the Rossoneri on a free transfer this summer.

“Sandro, Rino, Pippo: teammates and/or opponents, but never enemies,” wrote Juventus captain Del Piero on his Facebook page.

“I’m happy to have played with and against you. I respect you, guys. Ale.”

Alex Del Piero is a legend and that's because of his world class opponents that he met through ages.Nesta, Gattuso and Inzaghi are three of the best he ever met.

Again, Alex showed his respect for other players.
