Good one here
Already author of 17 goals in all competitions, the Ivory Coast international center forward Aruna Kone is almost embarrassed by his excellent season with Levante: the one who has revived his career there would have to return to his former club Sevilla if it reaches 18 goals this season.
The Andalusian club, who had chosen to lend Kone Levante last summer, was in effect accompanied the player's contract of a clause: if scored 18 goals this season, he would return to Sevilla next season.
Not sure, however, that that perspective delights Aruna Kone: arrived in Seville five years ago, the former striker Lierse (Belgium) and PSV Eindhoven (Netherlands) never managed to break in Andalucia, just touching two goals in 49 matches.
Having never really succeeded in gaining the trust of his coaches successive in Seville, he was loaned out, first in Hanover (Germany) and then this season at Levante, where he has found the way to go.
Curiously, the blows of fate seem to register now to prevent this famous 18th goal. Last Saturday against Granada (Levante 3-1 victory), he celebrated his No. 17 on the season by removing his shirt and receiving the warning that was followed with a big smile.
This fifth yellow card of the season does deprive the meeting of Levante against Zaragoza on Wednesday. Always against Granada, he then asked to leave a bruised left foot, which, according to the site of Levante, would require a rest period of "one to two weeks." Chance or coincidence, the championship, now living its last three days, ending in two weeks ...
Kone, now again scorer in his little club on the outskirts of Valencia, fifth and always fighting for a place in the Champions League, will remain so maybe next season, failing ... efficiency in the home straight.
Google trad , btw . i didn't get time to translate but
