No problem with Quags...would take him at Roma as Osvaldo's replacement if I'm honest.

Gio hasn't done enough to warrant the 12 shirt for Italy let alone the 10 shirt though ffs.

And Giaccherini....he's good in spurts, but average all around. Reminds me of when Lippi kept picking Pepe (pre-GOATness)

Anyways, it's not that bad of a squad. The attack is kind of weak apart from Super Mario (who can carry the attack if he wants to). Hopefully, by the World Cup Insigne emerges, maybe Gabbiadini too.

Insigne - Balo would be very nice.

However, Insigne's fallen off the boil back at Napoli, he'd need to improve vastly or it'll be a less reliable Giovinco in the NT.

Still think 3-5-2 would be much better tbh

I guess with Abate and Chiellini on the flanks though you don't have to worry about attacking wide men pinning us back.

Flanks are locked down, but attacking play wise it'll be 95% from the middle
