I'd go with Ibra.

Van Persie is having his best ever season but Ibra's just been amazing throughout the lasr few years.

Ibra also has far more achievements, winning so many consecutive leagues.

I'd place him slightly above RVP.

Ibra was the only one who marked Messi out of the game and they were playing in the same team. He needs to stay in Italian football it suites him better. RvP well. After Arsenal got hammered he responded very well. Captain of his team lead by example and thrived under the pressure. Arsenal bench is not very strong nor do they have depth and that is what caused them a champions league place.

Cannot really say.
I like both players for their style. They both can score amazing goals.
Ibra is stronger and calm. But rvp has better playmaking skills and a better first touch.
You cannot say that rvp has had only one good season as he clearly claimed high goal-scoring and assist rates before he succumbs to a season-ender.
Rvp for me.

Italian tactical chess games with almost no width vs direct style and wide width of the EPL. Hard to compare although Arsenal is the closest in the EPL that comes to Barca in terms of style. Just Zlatan wants to be paid a fortune
