Not really bro, the dude had a funny accent and to anyone who doesn't know all the different African countries or carribean or whatever they all kinda sound the same. I don't even know that many African/Asian countries and the only reason I know them few is because of football but I wouldn't have a clue what accent is from where.

I think people are taking the smiley face he put a bit too seriously.
