Just watched the Sounders-Dynamo game and I was just curious what others thought of the Sounders. What are the expectations for the Sounders this year? Can they win the MLS Cup?

The Sounders only ambition is to win the U.S. Open Cup every year like every other team that knows they can't win the MLS Cup.
