Re: Pep Guardiola
i think if pep left he would take a year off, but i know inter had wanted him pretty badly in the past. i really dont think he will renew for next year.

Re: Pep Guardiola
he's taking a sabbatical or going inter imo....
i've always thought that at some point he'll be at inter, and messi will come along and join him when he starts to decline. zanetti will still be there too.

Mou will be devastated by this he wants to beat him in the CL final in the biggest rivalry in the world (at it's peak) to put the cherry on the top of his career.

Re: Pep Guardiola
Would be stupid of him to leave. I mean he's regarded as a top manager at barca for virtually doing nothing
Anyone who truly thinks that barca's recent success has anything to do with pep is delusional.

Whoever takes his place i hope it isn't Bielsa. the guy is a upgrade to Pep in term of playing passing and pressing football.

Re: Pep Guardiola
Given the money he spent and the fact that Messi grew up coincidently the same time pep came, reaching success really isn't doing anything. The only thing I give him credit for is making Xavi the player he is today.Great Leader Sprucenuce wrote:Le Samourai wrote:Mou will be devastated by this he wants to beat him in the CL final in the biggest rivalry in the world (at it's peak) to put the cherry on the top of his career.

Re: Pep Guardiola
To some extent I agree with Milanfan on the final point.
Now hear me out first, I'm not saying Xavi is nothing without Pep or any of that bullshit, but Xavi has progressively lost desire for the final ball and I can't help but feel Pep has had some influence there.
All in all he is probably a better player albeit Xavi has now turned into a player whose defensive influence is somewhat more impactful than his offensive influence.Nothing wrong with that of course.

Re: Pep Guardiola
Z, what are you talking about? That always gets mentioned, especially by Madrid fans...
The difference is that we promote for role players, so we can spend more on quality ones. Whereas Madrid have to buy both.

Who are you and why do you post out of your ass? If you have the ability to be a coach then be one stop talking shit. Playing FM is not the same as coaching a real world class team.
