Pep Guardiola's next challenge Empty Pep Guardiola's next challenge

One of the challenges ahead for Guardiola will be to better manage the strong personalities of his team. If he manages that, it will really be a big increase as a coach and this will enable him to manage several clubs and even probably Spain . ( I wish him to Very Happy ). But can he really change the personality trait? It's not so easy to change a way of being?

Van gaal example will not change, despite all the criticism and maybe he has tried.

Somes players quotes :

Kéita
"I often hear that Guardiola loves me very much. As he speaks well of me, people make the amalgam. In fact, my choice has nothing to do with the departure of Guardiola. The only regret today is related to what he said to me ";
"With Barca, the concern is playing a game to be substitute in 2 matches ( Razz ). This is a handicap in terms of physics. (...) We spoke. Case closed! It belongs to the past. I do not soon forget my visit to Barcelona "

Yaya Touré

"When I asked for things to Guardiola he answered me strangely. That's why I went to City. For a year I have not been able to speak with him. Had he done so, I would have stayed at Barca. I did not want to leave. I wanted to finish my career at Barca. Guardiola did not trust me. I wanted to stay, but not him "

Zlatan
"I told him I was a Ferrari and he took me as a Fiat. From there, he didn't regard me anymore. Thierry Henry would tease me in training: "Hi Zlatan, so did he look at you today?" For me it was over,

Needs players who can suit his style. Ibra didn't suit Barca's style and when he was asked to play in a position (flank) out of his comfort zone, he rejected the opportunity... Yaga is interesting. I thought maybe he would use as a centreback as we were at that time, struggling for consistent centreback.
