DFB Pokal Semi Final Draw
The DFB Pokal semi finals were drawn right now:
SpVgg Greuther Fürth vs Borussia Dortmund
Borussia Mönchengladbach vs Bayern München
The matches are one-legged affairs and will take place on March 23, 2012. Looks like some interesting matches again!

Ouch. Monchengladbach again. Seems to be Bayern's Achilles' heel this season.
Reurango to rape Bayern, then rape Dortmund.
Bayern can win the league.

Well, BMG at home will be very difficult for Bayern. And even if Bayern prevail, then they will likely run into Dortmund, which is no piece of cake either. The final will take place in the Olympiastadium in Berlin, by the way.

Yes, exactly. Which is why I can see Bayern slipping up, especially with the Schweini injury and all. Monchengladbach deserve their own trophy after so much time.rwo power wrote:Well, BMG at home will be very difficult for Bayern. Berlin I expected much more from them. I'm not sure why they don't even have that good a youth prospects, being the capital and all.

Well, Hertha were trolled badly by de Camargo. If the ref would have noticed the Oscar-quality performance of that guy, it might well have been Hertha now in BMG's stead.Sushi Master wrote:Berlin I expected much more from them. Re: DFB Pokal Semi Final Draw
I really don't know if one of the semi final playing clubs will get a Europe League spot in case that both finalists and the other semi participant are already qualified via the league. But if Greuther Fürth go into the Europe League it would likely be a bit of a problem for the 5 year rankingsupra969 wrote:but if the table stays the same wouldnt that gaurntee a euro spot ?? (Greuther Fürth are the "Unaufsteigbaren" (=unpromotables) - they are in the 2nd Bundesliga since 1997 now and always just missed promotion to the BL XD)

I meant more in general, as in their BL performance ain't that hot either.rwo power wrote:Well, Hertha were trolled badly by de Camargo. But I guess since they're just going up and all, this takes time.
Having Lell and Ottl both in a team doesn't really help them out

By the way, it is possible that Greuther Fürth might troll Dortmund. THey play in the Trolli Arena after after all
