It seems to me that he's been playing differently, lately! More in control, with more defensive invovement and improved dribbling! Excellent paasing, in my opinion, but, that has always been the case!

With Ronaldo it's only temporary. This happens every so often, but sooner or later it seems to fizz out. We've seen it before.

This is the first time in his career I've seen him consistently track back and defend. He's definitely changed.

I don't think someone changes what they've done consistently for years after just a few games. He's only played like this since the farca copa del Rey ties.

Bit of a knee jerk right now, let's wait until this happens consistently for at least a couple months before we start assuming he's a changed man on the pitch.
