Ruben had everything to be a complete midfielder. Vision, touch, he even had pace and could score with his head.

He could also f*cking shoot the ball. His kicks were always so clean.

Not to mention he was captain material. He carried Getafe on his back during the UEFA cup run and made Dani Guiza look like a decent striker.

What happened to him is a shame, cause his Cinderella story was about to reach a happy ending Sad

I hope he can succeed with us in some other way in the future,

We still suffer zealous. Imagine if he'd played for us in the last 3 years, no way Farca would dominate us like they did eco smile

Life goes on, new players arrived (Alonso, Ozil, Sahin, Alex later), they'll do the job on the pitch. Like you said, I hope he'd participate in club's future somehow.
