Vucinic misses Udinese

Juventus face Udinese this weekend without Mirko Vucinic, but are able to call up Claudio Marchisio, Simone Pepe and Elijero Elia.

Vucinic, Marchisio and Pepe all sat out the Bianconeri’s midweek Coppa Italia victory over Roma, but where the latter two have shaken off knocks sustained last weekend at Atalanta, Vucinic’s continuing struggles with his left knee mean he misses the Udinese match on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Elia has been included in the squad after last week’s confusion over his fitness. The Dutchman missed the Atalanta fixture with Antonio Conte explaining that he had not trained for a majority of the preceding week, even as the player claimed via social networking site Twitter that he was fit to play.

I think Matri and Quags should be starters, also if I remember well it is said that Caceres can't play this match and the next one.

Conte said that Caceres will take some time before cooperating with our defence... especialy when we talk about the best defence in Serie A
Vucinic always impress me with his defensive role... He will be a big miss

I dont get why soo many think Caceres will be deployed at leftback when its his weekest position and PDC is clearly much better.

Get it straight, Caceres is versatile but thats not his greatest merit that would be his love for defending and his skills and ability to do so.

He will be very important for many years no doubt but dont expect him to work wonders at leftback.
