Sexy. Hopefully they don't rush it like RE5, but go the RE4 way.

Makes me lose any hope in this game being good at all.

I thought RE4 was great, even though it was mostly Gears with zombies. Had all the great RE characters making appearances and I loved the different, more aggressive zombies.

RE5 felt rushed and was meh.

I will conceed that RE was better back when it was literally survival horror, and not will I take the magnum rounds or the 9mm for the submachine gun and 5 other huge fully loaded guns.

But well, everyone's an action whore nowadays, sadly.

I don't understand the whole Survival Horror vs Horror/Acrion debate.

The first couple of resident evil games were great. The whole creeping around tight corners, hearing zombies and trying to figure out where they are, etc
Pretty much our modern day Dead Space.

Except Dead Space nailed it perfectly. The story, the environment, etc
But this games is about Zombies.

Why they hell would I want to play a game with Zombies if I have to stop walking/running to aim and shoot.

It makes sense to go to the whole "action" aspect. Seeing as Zombies are no longer in controlled environment. They are everywhere. So being able to run,duck, and slide into cover is something I would love to do in a game about zombies. Especially with the type of story RE has established. Nothing like dead rising,dead island, or left for dead.

-Zombies back- Check

-Old characters back, Leon, Wesker etc- check

-Racoon City- Check

Conclusion- First day purchase for me. That gameplay trailer looked incredible. RE took a dip with RE5. That game was awful. Hopefully with this they stick with the true horror gameplay that made the game so loved.

I am a huge RE fan. I have been since I played RE 1 many years ago.

Capcom need to make the main resident evil titles scary again. They can have all the action and machine guns in the spin-off's.

I was hoping RE6 would be more like the Lost in Nightmare's DLC with limited Ammo, puzzles and monsters. It was intense.

But to me, this looks like RE5 with a bit more horror. It looks great but not what I want from a resident evil game. Maybe I'll be proved wrong on the 20th of November.


The REmake was boss and still the best RE out there in my opinion. I also loved re2.

For me RE2 on the PS2 (?) was one of the best in the series. I just don't like how most games are being made with Action replacing what they are supposed to be

Metal Gear Solid went from providing the most badass character in the history of gaming to be replaced by a justin beiber lookalike girly voiced ninja with tights...with a blade

I was actually talking about Final Fantasy. But other Japanese series can also apply.

Played RE4 with a gleeful little smile on my face

Bought RE5 a week after it came out. Took it back 2 hours later

My fav RE was Nemesis

I want them to remake RE2 or whatever like what they did with RE1 and RE0 on the Gamecube. Now those games were awesome.

To me, this sounds like a whole lot of action with the odd Zombie jumping out of a cupboard.

Playable characters are Chris Redfield, Leon Kennedy and Albert Wesker's son ( )Ada Wong and Sherrey Birkin are also in the game.
