man but if you think about it, its amazing how messi can keep going after all the physical abuse he gets on pitch, hes foot must be made of iron to never get injured. im sure barca has done something in secret to messi's legs.

No point going back and forth but you know as well as I do how hard it was for messi to attack. Case in point was the CL after the red card, scored 2 goals. A single gif or a youtube video won't change that. Anyway the past is the past so lets keep it at that

I've heard different opinion, though most doctors I've read agree that if anything it has been bad for him since it somehows affects his capacity to metabolize fat.
The most controversial point I've heard is that HGH fosters muscle growth and can strengthen soft tissue making him more resistant to injury. However Messi didn't receive an extra amount of HGH he just received what he lacked to reach a normal amount for a healthy person. So the effects would not have been more than what naturally occurs in every healthy individual.
