Re: Marquinho to Roma
A little bit about him
In the evening diffiusa indiscretion that the Fluminense midfielder, Marquinho, was borrowed from Rome. Vocegiallorossa.it contacted FIFA agent Sabatino During , an expert on South American football, which has offered a detailed description of the player "It 'an outside left midfield, has good race, a good physique and has a nice left-handed. In recent years he has scored at least 4-5 goals per season. It can also be adapted to make the left back, perhaps with a defense three.
Two years ago did not play much in the Fluminense, playing about 13-14 games this year while the owner had more continuity. He has run, a good claim, is a good player who would look good in pink Rome . But to arrive 40 days of inactivity in Brazil since the season ended in early December, so have to wait. It should arrive on loan with the right of redemption, for a reasonable fee and can be a big hit. And 'a class '86, is still young and can improve both. Remember, Taddei and Mancini were almost sonosciuti when they arrived in Italy and have become important players. Marquinho arrive with more credentials. Casemiro ? as I know, Rome was never interested in the player. From July onwards saw their performance decline dramatically and has a rating too. Casemiro Not even the best of the figures is much referred to and, among other things, that role is already covered by the Roma. "

I see...
I think it's a move that will benefit Caprari hugely and both teams,he gets playing time under one of the most attack minded managers in Italian football and will come back i'm sure a better player and we in return could end up with one of the brightest young talents in Serie B.

a future italian starter plus, it would benefit pescara because although he has little experience, Caprari is still a beast. I love our primavera

Re: Marquinho to Roma
He would not harm us as a loan arrival. If he proves to be a good player we could sign him, if not, send him back.

I like what I see. Good movement off the ball and seems like he has a pretty good left foot on him. Wouldn't be a bad move on loan to see how he fits in, looks like we got a good deal as well.

Re: Marquinho to Roma
You know, that's pretty hard. Someone world class, not necessarily too young (I'd even take a 27-29 yo). Don't have a name yet, but I trust Sabatini could get a CL-quality center back that doesn't have to be "name-brand" like Vidic or Puyol etc.

Re: Marquinho to Roma
We are really going to be spoilt for choice when we sign this guy.
Taddei,Angel and Marquinho all fighting for that LB spot.

Yea, but Taddei could play on both sides (keep in mind Cassetti and Cicinho are on their way out), and I would expect Marquinho to be deployed as a midfielder quite a bit too, especially if we end up selling Simplicio and/or Perrotta.

Re: Marquinho to Roma
Marquinho at Roma today
By Football Italia staff
Marquinho has reportedly arrived in Rome in the early hours of Thursday to complete a loan move from Fluminense to Roma.
The Giallorossi were reported to have agreed a deal with the Brazilian club for their left-sided midfielder almost two weeks ago.
It is now understood that the agreement in place will see the player move to the Olimpico on an initial six-month loan, with an agreed option inserted for the capital club to sign him permanently in the summer.
According to news agency ANSA, the 6ft footballer, who has played 94 times for Fluminense since 2009, flew into Rome on Thursday morning to finalise personal terms and undergo medical examinations ahead of completing the deal.

After 48 hours in the capital, having completed his exams, apparently he's going back to Rio for one or two days to get his working-visa and he'll be in by the 31

No loan looks like we're going to buy him.
He will cost between 5-6 million.

what that article says is that the buy option is at 6, not that we are buying him outright

Hmm....risky move, that.
Loan would've been better since he's an unknown quantity.
