Ramos is the player that can do it all, he is good in positioning (center) and stealing the ball, he is fast and aggresive, he has excellent technique even when under pressure and has great passing (both long and short). He can be the player to even stop messi before he reaches the backline.

And Ramos as DM? Would blow. He's playing amazing as CB and has cemented his place there.

As for Ramos as a DM, it was also a suggestion, not like HE MUST PLAY THERE.

I only suggested that we should try playing him there. I also mentioned all the reasons why, i still beleave he will be the most Dominating perfect defensive midfielder in the world if we tried him there. Even reaching ballonare level.

Ramos is the highest ball stealer in the team for the past few seasons, stealing the ball is in his blood, he has no weaknesses, means he will be able to play against any team, like for example alonso is slow and ok technique, against fast pace players, he struggles against fast tricky midfielders and also cant control the ball/match in high pressure situations, But ramos is fast, amazingly quick and skilful with way better technique.

Same as khedira, people often complain his technical skills and slow agility in attack, ramos is way more dangerious in attack with his technical, shooting and even heading the ball in the box, he will score more goals if given more permision to attack, and he is fast enough to go back to defense unlike alonso/khedira, Ramos has also shown good passing skills, both long and short wise, you can see it even when he plays as CB.

Ramos can be more mobile, he can improve both attack and defense, and more importantly take the role of Pepe/Lass in the classico to stop messi before he even starts his running at our cb's. Ramos is a leader by birth, he will dominate, he will never give up, he will be fighting all game long.

Him successively playing as CB is an example as i was suggesting this when he was playing as RB, he is more successful in center area and he will be even more successful up in the field where his termendus attacking talent will be more used while also taking advantage of his defensive talent, but the thing is i also like him as a CB as much as (DM), its all same for me, i just wanted more use for him in the attack thats all.

What's wrong with using Ramos' technical ability at CB?

he is limited there, stuck in defense, he will do more damage a little up the field, and his role will be different and match winning and controlling especially in big games.

but as i said, its just a suggestion. its like your suggestion of sacrafising alonso for 2 more attacking less defending players (like how its done in barca).

But i dont like this, it can afcource make our midfield as strong as barca if we play like this for few years and have more possession (like 70%) in every game. and our attack will be weaker then our current one.

But ultimately we will suffer from counter attacks and parked bus teams like barca in their first few seasons of pep guardiulla time, and i don't like this slow paced games, it get me bored.

I like our current mixed style, which includes possession, slow attacks, counter attacks, setpieces etc. thats why i prefer 4-2-3-1 which suits our style and tradition.

Yeh I understand Ramos has a lot to offer and he could maybe show that higher up the pitch, but what's wrong in getting a proper DM and keeping Ramos at CB?

Surely there has to be better DM's than what Ramos would be at DM?

Like who, Ramos is a player of termendus physical, technical and mental capabilities. A capablities that only Ballonare type of players have, Ronaldo and messi for example, but ramos is different in his own beasty ways.

For a 183cm player, he is Supremely agile body, he can turn and stop anyone, even messi, his jumping and heading in setpeices are one of the best in the world, for a freakin 183 cm, only other 183 cm player that has that jumping heading capabilites is thaigo alves, but ramos is faster.

He has termendus strength, only top defenders have that strength, along with his agility, pace and acceleration, he has ability to stop any one and every one, right left and center, who has all that, pace, agility and strength all in one package.

His technical ability is world class,the way he controls the ball in tight situations, once the ball with him, its almost impossible to out muscle or steal from him, which is one of the biggest strength for a CM who are always under pressure, plus he has great dribbling skills to get out of tight situations, he is a combination of lass dribbling, schwienstiger body blocking ability.

His passing is great, though hugely untested, i remember in earlier seasons he was always giving through balls, his long balls are also great but unpolished though.

You can often see him make some big dribbling runs through center when plays as cb to get the ball out of defence into attack while also making runs in to the box for a heading opportunity.

His wide range of skills and ability makes him one of the most complete players in the whole world, its like ronaldo complete but he is attack and this guy can do it all + has 100 better mentality.

Ramos has an eye for everyone that comes at him, he is like alonso, right now he only steals balls when the opposition reach the backline, with that alone is the top ball stealer in the team, but imagine the opportunity of having complete access to steal from midfeild to defend, he will have the twice numbers of steals in that position.

He is a fighter, dominator and a true leader, if he see anyone misbehaving and not contributing, in the center of the pitch he will have access to everyone, he will *bleep* him up in the pitch right in that spot.

In my situation i wanted him to combine with schwienstiger, since he is a true playmaker but also a very good DM. Schwienstiger will be playmaker while Ramos will be box to box and all over the pitch player. Would have made perfect midfield couple.

The thing is, ramos will use twice of his effectiveness in midfield instead of just in the back line to defend. You said we can find another full time DM, but no other dm has this amount of wide range of skills, we can find another CB, who is more polished in that department (hence my chiellini card).

Afcource anyone would come here and play the fifa card, and i dont blame them, because this is just an idea, we will never know how effective it is until we implement it.

Since my idea of a DM is someone who just sits in front of the back 4 instead of going B2B I prefer just a basic DM.
