CR7 could score 100 goals lol.
And Ozil will be wasted on the wings

ozil was the goat playmaking winger in Bundi dude. in fact, Cazorla played a lot in that role in La Liga too...
we're not talking about the D0nkey league version of winger btw.

I am well aware of that but Ozil is undoubtably better through the centre.

Re: Nuri Sahin - Borussia Dortmund #18
not really since he always drifts to the right and left... that's been his problem with Mou... he doesn't feel comfortable playing central and Mou has been forcing him to remain centrally dsiciplined and it has not been smooth.
our forwards roam everywhere, which gives Ozil a lot more freedom. But we need the AM to stay central and help Khedira and Alonso.

those 4-2-2-2 or 4-3-3 never really work with madrid, it has to be 4-2-3-1.

Sadly for Madrid, Nuri will stay at pool...I really did wish he could've made it at Madrid.

nuri can't stay at pool. he's on a one year loan and pool has no option to buy. he also has 5 remaining years on his contract. madrid owns all his cards. we'll bring him back once he can start regularly... no doubt there.

Pretty much. It's up to him to become a regular at Madrid though.
He needs to take full advantage of his time in England.

Bring him back to play where? i cant help but feel like his options are limited with Mou around.
And i am not a great believer of Sahin played in advanced position because his technical options are limited

I wouldn't mind him taking over from Xabi, his long balls are already good and under Mou he will become a Turkisk boy with grit and steel

Xabi will be 32 next season, I really hope than Nuri will take over him. He has everything to become the best CM/DLP in the world.

I don't see how its nearly impossible for him to stay at Liverpool. I mean when a clearly superior Ozil is benched for Modric to "fit the system" while Modric was bought for a large sum despite Sahin clearly being a superior player, it makes me wonder how much faith Mourinho actually has in the latter. Maybe Sahin by the end of the season will want an Anfield move or Mourinho with his affable relations with BR will be willing to negotiate.
Too early to tell

Xabi has far too much power at Madrid and is protected by the press over there. There's absolutely no chance of Sahin taking his place in the team next year.

I think you simplify things way too much sometimes.
Modric has actually been in better form than Ozil even with the little time he has had. Should we not consider that despite what you might think?
anyway, hope mou is gone by then

Ozil has not been upto standard this season yet that doesn't mean he hasn't been effective. Modric has only provided an augmented tactical option whilst giving more passing space within the midfield yet since then I have seen Madrid have lacked the link between mid and attack since Ozil's absence. Madrid look more potent and decisive with Ozil on the field while Modric has been nothing spectacular.
Obviously your not going to agree yet this is the way how I see it.

Re: Nuri Sahin - Borussia Dortmund #18
I agree with what you say, but i am not as radical as you.
Dont you think that has to do with the fact that the players around him are not necessarily accustomed to playing at his pace, or him to their pace? He just got here, it gets better overtime. Remember his first 20 or so minutes as starter? he was balling, then he wasnt so much in sync with the rest and it got harder.
Yes, Ozil is much faster on the break, much more direct, and when he is in form, we are great. But Mourinho also recognize that we will play deep defenses in CL, and Ozil's reluctance to control the play from the middle will prove problematic as vs Bayern. I see it as Mourinho testing everything to have at least an early opinion of what he envisioned

Modric has been playing AM, when he isn't an AM. Ozil is better at AM than him.

The formation from what I've seen in the past weeks looks closer to a 4-3-3. Why the change from the original?
And off the record why is it that you want Mourinho gone?

Re: Nuri Sahin - Borussia Dortmund #18
Why the change? he is preparing for CL. He genuinely likes the 433 better than the 4231, since you can hardly find AMs that can have the kind of defensive commitment he likes.
Writing about Mou here would steer the thread in another direction since he have to back up everything i write and respond to his horde of lovers. Look, if we just look at the way he is running the club now, it seems like he is reaching a breaking point. tensions between him and players are escalating and they are only holding up now because at the end of the day they all want to win. I am not a believer of his coaching ways, it's short sighted. I consider that the best thing he has done for us, is the recruiting. On paper we have a young team that will hold on, but i see no true depth in our game that will last overtime. He is a guru master that we needed to get our head out of the water and i genuinely think we would be better off moving in another direction, for the sake of our game, for the sake of our players.
