We loaned him from Newcastle

It was after the season he had with us that he started getting into the Newcastle team. He played for us the season we won the championship to come upto the prem, that was the season newcastle finished second.

Doubt we had the money back then to buy him,doubt he would even of come.

We also signed this guy to play in goal who was a bit of a legend.

You loaned him in 96 and we signed him in 97...... unless there was some pre-contract agreement somewhere thrown in.......

Then you loaned him from Blackburn.

But anyway Blackburn look pretty stupid now, 1.5m lol.
