I'd say La Liga refs because they're actually trying to get it right.

PL are told to endorse Physicallity so sometimes they let the hard tackles slide.

If Refs are replaced by Video tech..the matches will probably last 3 hours long.

Teams should have appeals IMO similar to cricket.

Obviously it wouldn't be for every call. Yeah, an appeal system like in football where really close calls are viewed again for clarification. Handballs, penalties, that sort of thing.

You wouldn't waste anytime. The time spent bitching and crowding the ref would be replaced by him rapidly checking video footage.
