Seriously people need to stop commenting out of nostalgia.

Henry is one of the greatest forwards of the last two decades but Messi is a level ahead of Henry.Only Arsenal fans would think otherwise maybe and fanboy haters as well.

That Anelka vs Messi thread is a troll thread whereas this is actually a serious debate.

You can say Henry's finishing is on par with Messi, and he's got a bit of that "brazilian flair" in his game. But that's it. Messi is far superior and I'm sure Henry thinks so himself. I mean, ffs, players who played with MARADONA say Messi is superior to Maradona himself.

Oh, and you gotta love the argument that Henry is better because he has a world cup. So then Jesus Navas > Leo Messi and Johan Cruyff in that case.

I'm an Arsenal fan, and Messi is better but it's not by a huge margin; however, the difference between Henry and Messi is smaller than the difference between Christiano Ronaldo and Messi.

here is some another his skills

I didn't say he hasn't skills, but he is not on par with these guys. Look at R9 before 99, changes of pace, tricks and dribblings at full speed.

those tricks work against 1 or 2 players. as you saw when messi used those tricks he got past only 1-2 player. to get past 4-5 players you need to do like messi does. he has at least 30-40 moments when he comes from midfield dribbling whole defence. only maradona was capable of that
