Zarate: what a waste of talent...and the loan fee

Poli: looks positive, but he played so little i cant really judge his worth yet

Forlan: not good enough...yet

Jonathan: With maicon out most of the time im surprised with how little he played. Fail

Alvarez: 11 Mill well spent

castaignos: meh, he's one for the future anyway


overall: uncharacteristically poor trasnfers this summer

I desperately want MUNTARI off our club.

zarate was bad to the point that he kept benched ahead of milito
forlan cannot be judged yet, his games were with gasperini when all our team was bad, and now he is coming from an injury.
i am sure castaignos will be a great striker in the future, but he should be given more playing time, or loaned in jan.
poli played one match and was convincing.
alvarez is a great signing
jonathan will have to wait for maicon to retire or get injured

Only Alvarez has been a good buy,if Poli gets a good run of games then he would shine IMO,Forlan might turn out to be a bargain but the fact that we replaced Eto'o with him always makes me lol.Zarate and Jonathan have been flops for me

Alvarez was decent when needed, he needs more matches to prove more
Forlan.. well he got some good strings of movement and passing but that wasn't good enough to help the team

the rest is flop, but i get used to it anyway

Alvarez has been good, Forlan has been good when hes played (rarely)

Castaignos is a prospect
Zarate and Poli haven't been given enough chances

Also in Zarate/Branca's defense he was CLEARLY not purchased with a 442 in mind

Wow too harsh on forlan... hes been our best striker, alvarez has been good and poli is a decent baack up.

Jonathan - 3/10 Solid every time when called upon,but not really used.Injury prone.

Andrea Poli - 5/10 Best prospect of Italian midfield,great call on signing him but yet to show what he's capable of.

Ricky Alvarez - 6/10 From flashes of immaturity to flashes of brilliance,improved constantly.Not used as much as he should be.

Mauro Zarate - 4/10 Not given enough opportunity and chance to get on form which he should have gotten considering Milito's form and Forlan's injury,still looking down too much.Scored vs CSKA though,and one of rare players at Inter who can run at defenders.

Luc Castaignos - 5/10 Too young to call,great prospect.Wasted on the wing where he can't play,shown a strikers instinct on the Siena game breaker.

Diego Forlan - 5.5/10 Great striker,gives another dimension to our attack.Age is an issue though...

You guys made a good buy in Poli.
If you give him the chance he deserves, he'll grow to be a great player.
Jealous that you got him rather than us.

I'm actually really surprised by how poor Zarate has been, I was convinced he was going to be a hit for Inter.
I still believe he can succeed, he is so talented but maybe a little too self-centered at times.

to be completly honest i dont think any of them got enough playing time for us to judge them,
that said,
i think Poli was awesome from the one match i saw, he was working really hard and gave it his all. real potential there.
alvarez looking better with each game, im glad we didnt take lamela.
we didnt yet get to see our new goalie Vivino, but im waiting to see him.
even though i really dont want to loose Cesar.

Forlan Zarate Castaignos havnt had the chance to prove anything just yet.

Castaignos should be lent to another team to gather some experience...
having Pazzini,Milito,Forlan,Zarate and probably a new striker this winter break.
he would see very little playing time. so he should be sent.
