Re: Real Madrid vs Ponferradina
being a poor mans CR7 is a great title, Only steps away from being the perfect striker.SuperMAG wrote:omarish wrote:SuperMAG wrote:lol wingers job are to dribble, create space, assist and then score. callejon is excellent finisher, currently better then all our strikers (pipa, ron, benz) form wise. but his passing, dribbling, ball control and especially crossing are average, when he runs, he looks like fast, but he isnt even fast. he is just driven.
callejon is like ronaldo, turns in to striker making all the runs and scores goals. although he also had an assist today. his first for madrid i think.
Callejon is an excellent squad player and a backup and a rotation player, we are lucky to have him, he is extremely usefulll unlike pedro leon lol, and he is most importantly and castilla player. such a gem.
i just hope someday a coach comes and uses more castilla players as backup and rotation players, when u have players like jesse, sarabia morata, nacho, alex, they are way better backups altintops and all those multimilion players.
The winger you described isn't even CR7 so don't give me that crap. If someone scores he is good, he is doing his job at wing good and there are no complains man. Otherwise CR wouldn't deserve a start, no?
FUTURE MADRID GOAT
lol where did i say he is bad. all i said is that he is Ronaldo V2 or poor mans ronaldo, which isnt a bad thing at all. he has a wing striker style thats all. he totally deserves to start week in week out.
but i perfer more, i want the winger to have it all, like for example, neymer does also makes those runs, but he also dribbles, he also creates, he creates more danger, less misplaced passes, thats what i perfer to have as a full time starter.

Re: Real Madrid vs Ponferradina
callejon is nowhere near as technical as villa.villa could do both finishing and creating chances for himself. If you look at Callejon's goals this season most of them were given to him on silver plates.
Hes not ready for the NT yet,VDB should call up Raul instead

Raul won't be called up, let's not fool ourselves. Soldado deserves a chance too.

Raul being called up would be surreal, like out of this time.

Re: Real Madrid vs Ponferradina
Raul is probably gonna get called up. In terms of skill, none is better than him at wings for Spain. It's about time he gets back his Spanish record.
Hopefully Spain is gonna line up a forward line of
Iniesta/Silva/Mata - Llorente - Raul
(still want callejon there... but )

Re: Real Madrid vs Ponferradina
Silva would work better in a 4-2-3-1 line up, Spain play a 4-3-3 without AM. if he play on the wings his creativity will be sacrificed.

Re: Real Madrid vs Ponferradina
raul wont realistically get called up. callejon and soldado deserve it more imo also they are younger.
as much as it pains me to see rauls record beat, he has proved enough its time to let the younger players play.

Re: Real Madrid vs Ponferradina
Hope we get a nice and easy draw for the cup this year. Last year we had to face the toughest teams while Barca faced a bunch of scrubs on their way to the final lol
