Angelo Ogbonna

Im convinced this guy is a star. Ive seen him a few times now and im amazed. His just incredible. Strong, physical, tactically aware not to mention he can pass as good as a midfielder. Many times if you watch Toro they pass to him and he distributes to attack as well as toro's midfielders push up the field and allow Ogbonna alot of space in midfield to work his magic. Mark my words, this guy will one day be the worlds best defender. Im not kidding lol he could definately be playing at almost any side and i can now see why Toro set a 20mil pricetag on his head last summer. Torino are on top of serie b however they arnt exactly a complete squad. they really on individuals such as Ogbonna, D'Ambrosio, Bianchi heavily. He's so assured in possession and comfortable. I know he's only playing Serie B but like i said im already convinced and there's a reason why he's so highly valued. Not many players get called up for La Nazionale from second division. I for one am very excited at the future this guy has

I hope he makes a switch fast. I haven't seen him play but I've heard good things from sciacca and he didn't ef up in 20mins for Italy... not to mention he's a beast on fifa.

If he's as good as the hype he needs to leave torino in January I don't care that they're coming to seriea

Would not even have to move cities. He'd sure as hell come cheaper than Hummels or whatever impossible target you're after.

Come on, he's in Serie B. If Juve comes knocking there's no way you'd say no. It's not like he's going to be pushed into the first team, he can be gradually introduced into it since you still have Barzagli, Bonucci and Chiellini active. If not, then maybe a loan deal would do wonders.

He's not worth 20m and it would be crazy to pay that on an player who is yet to prove himself on an international stage.

In today's financial market, buying him for 20m is absolute ludicrousy

Nobody is claiming Ogbonna is better, the point is Hummels is overrated. Just like guys like Modric. Most of those Dortmund boys are overrated.

In today's Sports Market, not finicial market, that actually seems to be reality.

So what's your point, seeing a transfer going through between 15-20m for Ogbonna seems realistic .

I've seen both players many times and I absolutely adore Hummels. A top defender with a massive future. He's valued at around 20mil, around the same price Ogbonna will go for. To clarify, Ogbonna never said that he wouldn't join juve. It was misinterpreted. I believe what he said was he'd never join juve right now as toro are fighting for promotion. Hummels is a top player however he thrives and Relied on subotic (not this season as his injured) last season alot. He can be caught out at times to easily also.

Both players are as good as each other and if you gave me the option if choosing one or the other I could honestly not give u an answer
