Netherlands= Robben if fit(Krol could takeover as number one)
Germany = Neuer(Kroos could play alongside Schweini in favour of Khedira)
Portugal = Coentrao
Denmark = Kjaer must raise up his game against attacking minded group
Denmark's most important player (AKA Spine) is Soronson-Agger-Eriksen-Bendtner
True to that, but lets hope he has drop all the injuries behind him

do you now what friendlies Denmark have lined up for preparation and how many of them will be @ Parken ?

The players to watch
Netherland = Sneijder, amazing player and steps up in big games.
Germany= I have my money on Özil as the player of the tournament, he always plays very well for the NT
Portugal = Ronaldo, he is IMO the key to Portugal's EUROs, if he delivers they have chance and if he does not show up they will fail badly.
Denmark = Agger and Bendtner, Bendtner has been our best player by far in the qualification so i hope he can stay at that level. Agger is one of the best defenders around when fit, and if he is fit we have a rock solid defense.
TBH I don't think Kjær will start for Denmark he has been horrid, Bjælland is our new guy and he has played extremely well, hence why he has been sold to Twente

Re: Euro Group of Death (Group B)
Netherlands = van Persie needs to step up if they're to have a chance. Sneijder has been meh lately and their defense is very shaky. Robben if fit could also make the difference.
Germany = Schweinsteiger, no question.
Portugal = Cronaldo since he's the only one who can finish.
Denmark = Of course, mighty Bendtner . If he doesn't do his usual tap in misses.

I don't think we have any friendlies lined up yet, but i am sure Morten Olsen will get some tough competition, maybe SpainSepi wrote:@Freeza..

Re: Euro Group of Death (Group B)
I think Germany will walk this group pretty easily.
As for who goes through I think it's going to be Germany and Portugal.
I just think Holland's best players are getting up there in age and there younger players are not near the same class. There chance to win a major tournament kind of went out the window with the WC and the last Euro's.
BTW, I really wanted to pick Denmark to go through but this Portugal team usually finds a way out of the group stage.

Re: Euro Group of Death (Group B)
I actually think Germany has drawn very well for a group of death. The way to beat Germany is to be very compact and organized defensively and counter attack them with quality forwards... To me, Denmark is the most dangerous actually because they will bring that discipline.
The Dutch will play their game and they are vulnerable at the back... suicidal combo against Germany.
Portugal has the talent to compete, but lack organization and discipline. If the manager tactically sets Portugal to defend and counter, they will give Germany a game. But they've never shown, despite their talent, that they can play tough defensively. So i think Germany will beat them easily too.
For 2nd place, it will be Holland. They can impose their game on the other two teams.
This is assuming that everyone is healthy.

Another crazy group. Wonder what the odds are on us sweeping the group then going out in the quarters to some side like Poland...

Re: Euro Group of Death (Group B)
Eh, Portugal are pretty poor. They almost missed the whole thing, and I think there's a serious chance they'll finish last. I'm not sure how "group of death" this group really is. The quality between the top and bottom 2 is quite important.

I agree. Germany and Denmark are a cut above the other 2.
Netherland's best CB is Johnny F***** Heitinga after all.
