That's what stumped me, I remember Valencia losing 2 finals in a row so I thought it would be a former Valencia player. I just couldn't think who lost another one.

C'mon dude it's a stupid award. How did Bale have a better season than Parker and C.Adam? He had 2 good games in the CL but did very little in the PL. He is amazingly over-hyped, the PFA award has been a joke since Giggs won it ahead of Gerrard a few years ago when Gerrard was on fire, whilst Giggs was just a part time player for United.

Actually the year Giggs won it should have been Alonso not gerrard who should have been won it.
