Who am I?

1. Arrived from a club near its melting point.
A historic club it’s true I joint.
With my regal ways, I did a lot to help out.
We ended our wait and deserved it, no doubt.

2. I play in England, on the pitch I have danced.
I rattled the bar. South American’s advanced.
I replaced the man who wasn’t straight.
For me to score, won’t take long to wait.

3. Consistency and class has been my way.
One of the best everyone would say.
When I retire the country will mourn.
I’m sure I’d give rwo a horn
