No matter how much you hate the player xavi – Busquets – Iniesta will always work better than xavi – Alonso – Iniesta.
So with these 3 in the midfield and Mata – Villa –Silva in the FW you have the most potent Spanish team for me

I have been trying to tell you guys this, Silva will not start for Spain when the Euro's come around.
I love Silva but if VDB is manager he will not start, Pedro will.

Alonso is one of Spain's top performers. Maybe if you didn't have Biscuits balls in your mouth all the time you would see that.

It depends on the formation.
If you play with 3 midfielders the xavi iniesta buschets chemistry is all you need.
No one is doubting Xabi’s performance and of course in a 4-2-3-1 formation he is a definitely starter.

Alonso's a great player... and under VDB's proven tactics he's important. However, if I were to make my own 'personal' ideal team, I'd ask for slightly more attacking tactics and ditch the overload in midfield. If you're playing 3 in midfield Busquets must be chosen without question. Alonso's not a defensive midfielder really, and Busquets is. Besides the question ends at the point where you consider his existing chemistry with Xavi and Iniesta. He plays with them normally, he's better playing with them, therefore he must play.
