Chamakh did not misplace a pass? wow lol.
A very encouraging performance today though. Some great individual performances - Gervinho, Van Persie, Koscielny - but we will have to raise our game for next weekend's trip to Chelsea.

Next 5 afc league games: Chelsea (a), West Brom (h), Norwich (a), Fulham (h), Wigan (a).

Should be at least 12 out of a possible 15.Samuelj29060 wrote:Next 5 afc league games: Chelsea (a), West Brom (h), Norwich (a), Fulham (h), Wigan (a).
We should do well vs Chelsea considering Terry may miss matches for his racist comments, and Drogba+Bosingwa both recieved red cards vs QPR.
Vermalen returning from injury as well.

Solid win, and great match from Gervinho, he's starting to look for RVP every time he beats his man and it's paid off.

I love Kos' performances. I don't mind Djourou, Mertesacker has been doing well. And Santos...

Seen a re-cap of the action on motd2.
Arteta and Arshavin played key parts in both goals late on. Both great passes to release Gervinho. I think Arshavin can be useful as a substitute late on in games, just like against Sunderland too. Maybe with Arshavin and Walcott on the bench we can have 2 impact subs. Start Gervinho-RVP-AOC upfront from now possibly. Won't happen but just a thought.
Ramsey's pass for Gervinho's goal was exquisite too. Saw this earlier on the stream but watching on tv was even better.

RVP is true Arsenal legend, where would we be with out or true captain. Gervinho what game he had, I hope he plays the same next week at Chelsea.

He has to pick his game up again, he was been poor for the past few games, he is lucky he does not have a competition or Wenger would bench him. I think Wenger wants him to sign first before he would start benching him.
Walcott usually plays good vs Chelsea, and Chelsea is missing few players, which is always good for us.

Ramsey had quite a few moments where he was reminiscent of Fabregas; Especially when he played those two balls over the top.
A 95% pass accuracy is nothing to laugh at too; he had a great match imo. He dropped deeper in the second half though, and Arteta was playing more up front, and he did really well too tbh.
A lot of players had good performances, and that's always good to see. Gervinho was the best player all throughout though. 1 goal and 2 assists, with a 100% passing accuracy. Well done lad
