Rafinha wasn't really a stand-out at Genoa last season, but I'm glad he's doing well at Bayern.
I don't think Arbeloa is underrated, he's a good player, but he struggles with quick opponents and as FC_Hollywood said, he doesn't get forward very often.
As a Milan fan I'm obliged to mention Abate here. I still think that he deserves an national team spot in the starting XI.

Arbeloa... He's so consistent and every now and then has a moment of brilliance. But he can ALWAYS be relied upon. Not amongst the best RBs, but nonetheless, he is very valuable to have anywhere in the back 4. The perfect bench player, and he doesn't complain either

Ynwa, Ninis suffered a major muscle injury and is sidelined for 4-5 months.
There’s nothing interesting in Greek league I can assure you.
Players like Ninis, Torosidis and Fetfatzidis should leave for another european if they aim to have some recognition in the future.

Rafinha is fast getting over-rated.He certainly isnt underrated for me.
Isla for me is already World-Class.He just needs to transfer to a top club to earn that recognition.
He'd be a good buy for Real Madrid if at all Mourinho shifts Ramos to Cb position.
Lichtsteiner is rated Ok in my opinion.he is a beast.

Still when he was at Schalke he was fairly rated imo.I certainly wont go ahead and brand him as an Under-rated player.
And neither do i consider him World-Class at present anyways.He's a quality player but he's not World-class.
