Has C.Ronaldo become a worse all round player at Real Madrid?

IMO..

EPL defenders tend to commit into challenges(easier to get past to especially when on the move) more often while in La Liga they tend to do a stand-off which dsn't give him much space which exposes his overrated dibbling ability.

Not saying that the EPL have inferior defenses.

He was never an elite dribbler.Barely used to get past players even in his peak.
I think its just a case of him being smarter and realizing what he needed to do to maximize his best asset,goalscoring.
He realized that he doesnt need to get past defenders to get truckloads of goals.
So he has cut out the needless tricks and focused solely on scoring goals.
And he is a damn fine goalscorer at that.As good as any the game has ever seen.

As much as i admire Ruud,he got nothing over Cr7.Definitely one of the best goal scorer of all time.

Ronaldo isn't even the best goalscorer of his generation

Calling him one of the greatest goal scorers of all time when his career isn't even over is an insult to the likes of Eusebio, RvN, Gerd Muller, Puskas etc...

He's averaging 11 shots a game. Think about that for a second. He gets so much service in Madrid, it's ridiculous. Unfortunately, he doesn't reciprocate enough... He never even came close to averaging that many shots a game at man u.

Problem is not the forwards. They've been stellar. Problem with Madrid is the midfield with Khedira and Sahin never or rarely playing. We have Xabi and Coentrao (not a mid) who are trying to create the link between defense and attack. That has been meh -. Not to mention di Maria has been meh --. Either we press like we did Barca (haven't since) or we have to wait for guys to come back.

dont know really.Cristiano is pretty much better than ruud at every department.

We are talking about the dude who out scored the likes of Hugo sanches,Lionel messi,Distefano etc playing as a LW.

He always took crazy shots. Even crazier at man u and his first 2 years at Madrid... This year, he's actually close to the box on most of them lol.

Ronaldos poaching ability is the best IMO atm. If he only played correctly as one, and believe me he can - he would do greats.

Too bad he refuses to move to the CF role and still wants to be at LW where Benzema is even better, if Ronaldo whored the box he could easily get 50+ goals per season. His positioning is great and inside the box he can be accurate, but yeah, his accuracy is shit.

i was talking about respective goal ratio's for madrid and barcelona of course where ronaldo has 91 in 95 while messi has 195 in 298.Messi has been playing there since he was a child ,while ronaldo came from a different league and adapted pretty amazingly.
