TBH, I dont want Goetze or Hazard in Madrid. Hazard I wont mind, but not Goetze, who is an AM just like Ozil, Canales, or even Sarabia. I think Neymar is the best option. If we cant get him, I would try with Canales and Sarabia and see if we can fit either permanently into our lineup, in the long term.

You do know Götze doesn't even play as an AM for Dortmund but a right winger which is what we are looking for precisely...

hes very consistent ,good link-ups and has a big brain

tbh only thing wrong about gotze is his finishing imo, good dribbler, passer and decisionmaking

You do know Götze doesn't even play as an AM for Dortmund but a right winger which is what we are looking for precisely...

Well, don't worry, Götze won't leave any time soon. I saw another article in a German paper today where the "hint" was qualified again and toned down. Right now it looks very much as if he will stay at least the next two years at the BVB, especially as he has no buyout clause and Dortmund is not inclined to let him go this year or the next.

When Götze said he didn't know what would happen in the future, then he made actually a wise statement. After all, no matter what he says - pro or con any club - it would be held against him by the press anyway.

The Madrid forum is always in transfer season.

I'm afraid I dont quite understand your question.

My personal reasoning is that we dont really need Neymar, Hazard Goetze or anyone. Thing is, the point of going after Neymar, in my understanding, is not that we desperately need him but that he is the next big thing in football and his potential is so unlimited. I still think he will probably bench Di Maria in a little time, but we want him for his potential. Goetze doesnt have such a high ceiling, so why go after him instead of Neymar?

It is my opinion but not only that. I have watched both but not for very much. I cant explain it. Neymar has this kind of X factor. He is a great, complete player who is already so good at many different things like passing, tricks, scoring, Goetze just doesnt excel as much to my eyes. Of course, they are both so young that Goetze may become the new Maradona and Neymar the Robinho, but I dont believe I am the only one to think that Neymar has more potential.

I remember you saying yourself that Neymar was 'the unpolished gem of football', the next big thing. Thats how I look at it. If we have to settle for less, why even bother to try. We can just buy whoever turns out best for 100 million at their peak anyway.
