so, FIFA 12's winter update seems incomplete. They've completely ignored Juan's arrival at Santos FC. And he's not even at São Paulo (his former club). He's been having an amazing start to his season, and I don't have him at FIFA... great.

Is it even possible to knock ramos off the ball anymore?...I swear i can tackle him like 5 times in a row and somehow hes on his feet while my player somehow ends up on the ground...same goes for Benzema but to a lesser extent.

Just played Spurs for the first time ever lol..

So far in like 100 games the only teams I've played against are

#1 Madrid (by a country mile)
#2 Barca
#3 Man City

Then Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal, Milan, Some International Teams, Juventus once, Inter like once, and Tottenham once lol

I only play with Madrid btw

If you pick lower ranked teams, you'll play against lower ranked teams. I play a whole bunch of different teams in Fifa because I pick 4/4.5 star teams, but now that I'm in a higher division, I've decided to cut back on that and roll with more 5 star teams.

i have a question that absolutely needs to be answered if anyone can help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

everytime im on fifa, i got on Xbox live, press on Head-to-head games, i just wanna play a normal match online..

but, im not able to change the option from UNRANKED GAME to RANKED.. so ive played about 7-8 games all unranked and its gay..

can someone help? how can i play ranked games?

Ranked games are only played when you do "head to head seasons" anything else is unranked.

Well at least I think thats how it is

Go to custom matches under the xbox live menu, click head to head. thats how you get to unranked matches.

Let me ask you guys if this is cheap. I was playing against some guy, and i counter attacked with walcott and Gervinho. I got RVP to lay of a through ball to Gervinho who ran all the way down the wings, low crossed it to Walcott and scored. I could understand if this was fifa 09 where as soon as you get slightly ahead of a defender it's all over but it's much harder in fifa 12. Anyways he says "All your goals were noobish", then i replied "i play with full manual controls" Didn't hear back from him Wink

Nah only cheap if you score from GK passing it out imo, although Ronaldo running is pure cheap too.

On a side note to all that will read this, looking for a GK for clubs Xbox Live don't have to be amazing, I've played like 100 matches as a GK it can be pretty boring sometimes but let me know if your interested!

On a 10 game losing streak FFS.

Im done with playing with 5 star teams. Always being matched up with Real Madrid and somehow Ronaldo keeps blowing by Lahm like he's Per fecking Mertesacker, and then beats Neuer SHORTSIDE like he's Manuel fecking Almunia.

Once you're at the home screen for fifa 12 just navigate the menus on the bottom until you hit Online Modes.

Just click Head to Head Seasons. That's the equivalent of what once was Ranked matches on previous fifa games like since 07.

Well with the exception of Fifa South Africa which introduced the concept of playing ranked games with instead of rank points there were 3 points for a win, 0 for loss, etc.

So ranked on fifa 12 is just head to head seasons.

Didn't think so either. Like said earlier, it was kinda noobish in 09 coz it got SOOOOO easy to get past everyone with Walcott on the counter. Fifa 12 is alot more balanced though. Plus it's not easy playing manual.... Wink

I dont have that problem with Arsenal Messi, Ronaldo all get shout down by Mertesacker. The only thing pisses me off is the stupid penalties they call against me and all game the next player keeps tacking my players down and no calls.

I have played Fifa maybe around 100 times and I swear 90 of them have been Barcelona and Real.

Best formation for Arsenal 4-2-3-1 RVP just destroys the other defenders.

Man you can't get away from bandwagoners even in FIFA. Every time I play and use a 4.5 team I am playing Madrid or Barca. This makes it so boring and lame. That's why I just play with wisla head to head only or do career. anyone else that can't stand this crap?!
