Yes, it was played in Africa and yes it was not crap, don't know why everyone in Europe keeps saying that

It was just an awful tournament full of defensive football with no team willing to express themselves.

Like i said watching paint dry would have been an appealing sport to take part in during that tournament.

2010 WC was great after the group stages imo. Uruguay Ghana was one of the best and most exciting matches every played. Absolutely amazing.

i just cant wait for the next season to start

but i do love the euros, specially the group stages considering you watch 2 games a day.. how cool is that?

apart from my country club, and favorite players and clubs all over europe who i will follow the upcoming season
im awaiting the madridistas to unite again, doesnt feel good watching them facing each other

anyway club games/tournaments > national games/tournaments IMO :coffee:

International football is GOAT.
You can't buy your team. Every team plays for the pride of an entire nation. You can only win every 4 years, which makes it even more heartbreaking or glorious, depending on the outcome.

And you actually see continously developing talent in the teams, instead of the hire-and-fire approach taken by pretty much all big clubs.

My heart just isn't in it with the big clubs. I need some kind of geographic connection. Maybe I'd like club football more if I moved to Munich, but I hate that prancy little shit of a village.

Club over country any day of the week, but still national pride and people gathering up unites the country as a whole which is good.

Saying that when England played Italy on Sunday, about 10 Asian kids or so were on my street playing football banana
