I am also not too familiar with him, I doubt he would leave Spain though. I am going to check him out on youtube.

£30 million is too much, but I'm a big fan of his.
Highly doubt he'll come to the Emirates unless VP starts to play in the hole, cause he's too good to sit on the bench.

If we dont make the top 4 we could lose RVP and wont be able to attract big name players.

I dont think we are in the market for a striker until we find out what RVP will decide to do. Yes no way we would even pay anything close to that.

Re: Latest Arsenal Rumours
I've seen Llorente quite a lot and can safely say he is not worth €30mil. He's a target man first and foremost, but has very good technique and footwork for someone who's 6'5'', as is typical of Spanish players nowadays. He'd do well for any side provided he gets the right service, but isn't someone who could produce something special out of nowhere on a regular basis.

Sevilla are hoping to make a move for Nicklas Bendtner when the transfer window re-opens in January.

I would take him on a loan to be honest. I really believe he can help to get to the top 4.

Re: Latest Arsenal Rumours
How would we fit him in? With van Persie firing, it wouldn't be wise to drop him and Tevez just isn't anywhere near as good on the flanks as he is up front.
We'd better off looking at a midfielder, in my opinion.

Re: Latest Arsenal Rumours
There has to be a way where we can play both of them, I don't think we can drop RVP for any player but I still don't mind having Tevez.
We must get a creative midfielder, its showing it almost every.
Just imagine Tevez and Hazard coming in January.

He is so much more than a target man. Ive seen him score from outside, and is quite smart in the offence buildup. Better than any striker we have bar Persie.St_Nick09_of_Goal wrote:Llorente is not overrated, he is overpriced. Excellent target man.

Arsenal Offer Promising Pair New Long Term Deals
Arsenal youngsters Conor Henderson and Sanchez Watt have both signed new contracts and committed their long-term futures to the club.
Midfielder Henderson is a Republic of Ireland Under-21 international and despite being unable to break through into the first team squad at Arsenal is highly thought of at the club.
The youngster is a regular in the reserve side and this season travelled with the senior squad on the pre-season tour of Germany. Unfortunately he suffered a knee injury and has been sidelined for the last few months.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is confident that Henderson has the ability to make the step up and has rewarded him with a new long-term deal.
Wenger has also moved quickly to secure the future of striker Watt who has been at the club since the age of eight and spent last season on-loan at Leeds United.
Watt has been a regular in the reserve side this season and has scored five goals in just six league appearances and is hoping to make the breakthrough in the first team this season.
The 20-year-old was a part of the Carling Cup squad that travelled to Shrewsbury last month and it is likely that he will be used in the cup competitions this season.

Re: Latest Arsenal Rumours
Arsenal Agree to Bring Fiery Brazilian Back to the Emirates
enilson started his career at Sao Paulo in 2005, emerging as a fringe player in side that won the Copa Libertadores and the FIFA Club World Cup. In the summer of 2006, Arsenal signed the youngster and handed him 96 appearances over five years at the Emirates.
However, with Denilson becoming an increasingly peripheral figure for Arsenal following the emergence of Jack Wilshere, Wenger loaned the promising youngster back to his former club for the 2010-11 season.
Since returning to Sao Paulo, the typically mild-mannered Brazilian has formed something of a ‘bad-boy’ image, following a spat with fans via social networking website Twitter and three red cards.
Denilson was sent off most recently in a 3-3 draw with Cruziero, creating further rifts between the player and a set of fans already at odds with the midfielder. Following fan protests about manager Adilson Batista, Denilson branded participants as “very, very annoying”.
Arsenal’s midfield currently looks a little lightweight, with the departures of Samir Nasri and Cesc Fabregas worsened by the long-term absence of Jack Wilshere. Denilson could be ready to make his return to the Gunners if the situation at Sao Paulo worsens, but certain Arsenal fans have reservations about the youngster returning to North London.
After agreeing the deal to return on-loan to Sao Paulo, Denilson labelled himself “a winner”, bemoaning the lack of trophies during his spell at Arsenal. With Arsenal finally looking to have found some stability, the return of Denilson may bring Wenger more problems than solutions.

I may be the only person who would not mind him coming back, maybe he changed man.
