UN Democracy or Oligarchy

What do you guys think
i think it's a Dictatorship as long as the 5 countries(China, France, US, Russia, UK), have Veto Power, and they can ability to stop anything which the majority of other states agree on, then no way can it be called Democracy.

The has been a joke since ever. The US in Afghanistan and Iraq is a modern example.

Dictatorship isn't the right word imo...
If anything, they're more an oligarchy.
Certainly not a democracy though it's painted that way.
