I'm unsure why Pep thought 3-4-3 would work against a team that plays wide counter. The main thing needed in defence is cover the width of the pitch!

I think that the all 343 stuff it's only to give the maximum minutes to Cesc and Keita. Not the way to do things IMO, but no one is perfect.

Buff, aside from pathetic tactics and substitutions, this is one of those games in which our players are just inexplicably poor. Busquets is missing a lot of easy passess, Xavi is nowhere, Abidal was atrocious, Cesc meh, etc.

Adriano is bossing it... he should be considered as a winger more considering Villa and Pedro haven't been in best form and Afellay hasn't been fit. Great player, been one of the best since coming on.

Well, Ref should have whistled to penalties in our favour, but I don't blame the referee, we were poor, and the tactical setup and lineup was bad.

I'm confident though, cause although Pep usually experiments and tries things that in his opinion can work for a long time, in the end he gets it right and towards the end of the season we are always playing well.

Kudos to Valencia and Emery.

PS. I hope I didn't bother you posting so much, I'm never on the laptop while watching Barça but today I made an exception don't know why. Not my style though, I like to be fully focused on watching the match, won't see me anymore posting while a game for long probably.

Nah it is ok, i also don't blame the ref. The problem was as you said the tactics. Once we had the team set up in the way we are used to, it was working pretty well, though we missed some players. Also Valencia played really well, and IMO they deserved the result.
