This is old news, but exciting news for Milan fans. That's why in fact you went after Taiwo, I highly doubt you'd sign him with only one NON EU spot. Ganso is likely seeing that you've been heavily linked with him.

Yeah, Milan only wants to sign top notch players unlike others in Italy. Taiwo hasn't been officially registered with the Lega Calcio yet I don't think, so we may be trying to sort his passport out. The French government is notoriously slow on things like that. We may in fact have two spots option... maybe get that Danilo guy that Galliani likes. I don't know.

And Taiwo is a fantastic left back... with great overlapping ability. It would be insane to pass up on him.

If Taiwo gets his French passport then I'm not all that excited about this, there's no point spending for the sake of it. If we get Ganso that's fantastic, but securing Lamela as well would be overkill in my eyes.

Though I've expressed a similar sentiment to giovanni and milanaa I would like to comment however that this rule doesn't encourage the playing of Italian players at all, so from that perspective the lack of new legislation is more concerning than this slight tweak of an existing regulation.

P.S. Lamela will go to Roma in my opinion, no great need to worry about Inter's interest. He wouldn't start and no one would want to compete against Coutinho for substitute appearances as a youngster.

I'd rather we get a midfielder who doesn't have EU status. Our issue is in midfield... if anywhere else. We don't need another attacking player.

As far as Italian players, I hate to say it but the current crop is just not good enough. Quality always overrules nationality.
