I just can't believe the pettiness of all this. Arsenal is a normal dictionary word, Arsenale is not even the same word + the lady hardly did any harm to Arsenal's brand name. If it was a store selling counterfeit shit with Arsenal on it, fair enough.

I understand that Arsenal has the copyright on the name, but it simply doesn't make sense. My university recently copyrighter the color CRIMSON. Yes, now people can no longer use the colour freely or use the name. That is just ridiculous, same as with Arsenal. It's a normal word ffs.

Slapping Arsenal or anything resembling the word onto a selling brand is asking for trouble. I don't see why you guys are having such a hard time understanding it

Did u ever know that there are clubs that have the name Milan ? or Inter or other names ? Nobody sues them ... but all are football clubs ... and Arsenal here sues a Hat Shop spelled diferently ? It's woefully retarded . You sue somebody for copying if it has the same name ... if u edited a letter or aded one then the owner of the word Arsenal has no rights to sue you ... And the world Arsenal doesnt even belong to Arsenal FC , its a words used all other the world .
