We all know that

Wilshere vs Godze will turn into "Wilshze > Fabriago".

I think with a settled defense + wilshire and song next to him, Ramsey will play better.

With RVP, Gervinho and Walcott as his forwards and the rest of the team now, Ramsey has really no excuse. He will get a lot of room to operate.

That said, Martin is miles better in every category except height. He's already becoming a clear starter for the France NT if he continues his strings of very good performances. His nickname is "little iniesta" and he plays exactly like him, although he obviously doesn't have that quality yet.

Ramsey is also a decent tackler and is a bit heavier. He's a CM really, but since we lack creativity he's played there.

I'd say we can handle both Ramsey and Martin. Really, we need them both to have actual depth.

So Wenger wasn't lying when he said he would spend £40M on the right player, and if Wenger is willing to spend that amount of Mario then frig me next summer is gonna be a crazy battle for him (which will probably end up with him being in a Man Utd shirt )
