Ziegler Not going Anywhere

Reto Ziegler's transfer from Juventus to Trabzonspor has hit the buffers after the player and the Turkish club failed to agree personal terms.

An agreement on a €4 million transfer fee was reportedly reached on Sunday night and the 25-year-old Switzerland international was set to head to Turkey to complete his move.

However, DHA press agency reports there has been a delay in talks as the Ziegler cannot agree personal terms on a three-year contract.

Neither club has confirmed whether the move has collapsed completely or if they can revive the embers of interest from both sides.

Ziegler joined Juventus from relegated Sampdoria on a free transfer in May, but reports claim he is not part of Antonio Conte's plans following a poor pre-season.
