Who are FC Anzhi Makhachkala?

Actually, it's more of like... since when did they have that much money to splash around?
If Eto'o is set to be wrapped up, that means they've signed Eto'o, Zhirkov and Balasz Dszudzsak for a little more than 60 million, all this summer. That's quite big, imo. And all good players as well.
Well, PSG and Malaga's stories were much easier to find... but not this one. Anyone who can explain?
