raul will stay at schalke tho, hes only decent striker there, since huntelaar can be a bit unreliable with his injurys.

Apparently Raul and coach Rangnick don't look ey-to-eye.
Rangnick feels Raul is too slow for his system.

Also Schalke really need money and up to now they have been
unsuccessful to get rid off Jermaine Jones who gets a huge
salary.

I can certainly see him leaving.

I feel that Raul shouldnt be moving around clubs like this after being a one-club man. Dont know if Blackburn is a good move for him, probably he should shut Ragnick up by being the only WC player in that team and dragging them through now that Neuer has left.

Raul isn't bigger than Schalke 04, not by a long shot. If there is dissent with Ralf than they should get rid of him, though recent reports are saying everything is fine.

And shut up=/=disagree with. If a coach were to challenge a striker to score more goals, for example, and the striker responded with a ton of them, it would 'shut up' the coach, but probably would create a good relationship more than bad. Dont regard anything I said, just momentarily pissed that anyone could want Raul out of the team. Wink

Former Real Madrid striker Raul has turned down a move to Blackburn Rovers, according to his German side Schalke.


Blackburn have become such a joke... a few days ago their manager, Kean, told that they need 4-5 signings... what do the owners do? Want to still blow everything on one old superstar...

Earlier on Tuesday, general manager Horst Heldt said Schalke had given the 34-year-old until 1200 BST on Wednesday to decide on the transfer.

But the club later said on their official website that Raul had rejected Blackburn and wanted to remain with them.

"The agent told me that Raul does not want to go to Blackburn," Heldt said.


I don't think Schalke would lie about this. Why would they?
Plus at the moment Schalke are better than Blackburn, who seem to be relegation candidates, I don't see why Raul would have fancied to go there.

Swansea are a very good team. Much better than Blackburn to watch.

They just happened to have one of the hardest fixtures possible to start the season with. Their home record is amazing and defense usually solid

Call it a gut feeling, I think QPR is going to come out an surprise people with their play against Everton this weekend, who still has rust to shake off. The scoreline against Bolton doesn't tell the full story, they were far better the first 45 minutes and looked very likely until Gary Cahill turned into a centre forward.
