Chelsea gets the PL and goes past the semi finals in CL.

Madrid gets the La Liga title and gets to the semis of the CL

Valencia for the 3rd place in La Liga if they hold on to Mata.

Roma for the Italian title!

Liverpool to stay on top 5

Spuds to go below top 8

Newcastle to survive..

I personally would prefer them to stay at where Spuds are at... but its getting worse day by day tbh.
