I propose we wait, we've waited what 3-4 months to see him play in the white shirt so a mighty few days won't make a difference. My point is lets just be sure he's fully recovered and give him ample time to return to form.

I think he will be essential to the team by the 2nd half of the season and should give Alonso the rest he needs cheers

you guys want him to rush, but two weeks ago you were begging him to take it easy Razz

He is probably reinforcing the muscles around the joints of his knee to make sure that nothing pops up again.

Kind of like Kaka, who by the way, was taken care of by Sanitas. He doesnt look like he has fitness issues no more. I am positively suprised. He was able to chain games and looked very good.

He wont turn out like Coentrao. Coentrao is LB being played CM that is why he is being played badly. He may need some time to adjust and regain full fitness.

btw arbeloa plays just as good as a LB as he does on the right

even lass can play as a RB and do good(rememebr his performances there under pelle)

thats not an excuse for me, coentrao played as a winger for benfica and has been played as a winger for us yet still sucked hard

No, we bought him because he is a stud, and a fantastic talent. He can not only participate next to Alonso, but he is also the future.

Arbeloa isnt as good on the left, he can do the defensive duties well but he is very limited forward.

You guys are giving no time for players to adapt, you expect them to be world class from day one. He is going to have some bad games of course, hie level of chemistry with the other attacking players is weak. Give him time, he is a kid, like the other players.

tbh I'm surprised he isnt getting along so well with the germans I tought they would be friends immedietly similair to how Coentrao got along with the portugese/brazilians immedietly

atleast that is what I've seen, maybe he is getting along with them already

So if a player can play two positions that automatically means his team mate should also be able to play two completely different positions? He has mainly been played with Alonso he needs to be given more of a chance on the wings.
