Damn right, all though since the nerf it hasnt been as bad i can actually rush people and roll back without getting blasted into tiny pieces......

Still a bitch weapon mind, but i can actually better it more often than not when rushing in with my Gnasher or sitting back a bit with my Lancer......

Gears 3 is a totally different monster to Gears 1 and 2 MP wise, so it has taken me a bit of time to get used to, but with a slight tweak in style and practice iam finally getting on top of it......

Just witnessed Greatness with Mole.

The JrBallaMcNeill, such a humble little boy.

We were playing Beast mode on Insane with a full 5 man party, didn't work out the first 3 times. Then one member goes off for fifteen minutes to eat, we're like f*ck we're not waiting 15 minutes to play as a whole unit again so we're on a quest to find the 5th partner no one's really got anyone online because they're too busy the ever awesome Skyrim or that piece of shit MW3. I get the idea to invite randoms I've played with, thinking no one's going to join. 2 minutes later I get a voice message from young Messiah, JrBallaMcNeill.

At first everyone was list the fuq, he's like 2 and he won't help at all. In comes Gtfresh99 with faith in youth like Arsene Wegner. So yeah, we give him a shot, and he's pretty good. We lose 2-3 times and then comes the asshole, back from his dinner "claiming he ate like a train to come online again and unlock the savage theron". He gets upset and throws a fit, saying that gtfresh99 is a retard/rapist for finding this young little legend and giving the spot to him over the enraged druggie.

He gets very annoyed when the kid spoke, and told him to watch him mouth, you see he's a 6 year old who is unaware of that language, but is ironically playing GEARS OF WAR 3. Furious by this kid's humble personality, the d-bag leaves hit a bowl and never come back.

We go on with this beast campaign, this time much improved. Perhaps, the mad d-bag pumped us and motivated us to unlock the savage theron and troll him. In the 12/12th round, we are out of funds and are struggling, bad versus the mighty Prescott and the evil Onxy guards. While this was happening, the Messiah rose from the ashes and used his godly powers to defeat the evil COG. Finishing off the last guy with 0:02 seconds left in the round, when all hope was gone.

We unlocked the Savage Theron and managed to get the a-hole in the party, asking him for help. Extremely furious, he cursed at the little Messiah and used racist vocabulary only to have little Zephiel ask "what are you so mad for?, have you not realized you aren't making anything better by cursing?" After all that madness, we asked him to play Team Deathmatch, he declines saying "No, my children..all this hard work has me tired. I must shower and go home. My planet needs me. But please accept my offer of friendship."


This Is Gears Of War. When hope is lost, there remains little glitter of hope than can evolve to magic, unless there's a Sawed Off Weilding C*nt of course.

And, like Arsene Wegner and Kane the wrestler always say; "Never Underestimate the youth"

Last night my boy and I reached Chapter 5 on Hardcore; I'd definitely be down to play the campaign over on insane and I'm certain my boy would be up for it as well.

P.S. The end scene for chapter 4; it was brilliant and very well done in my opinion.

Campaign makes me feel younger

Well i have to say, i got the game 3 weeks ago, have played it on and off, practiced with different weapons, and now i really enjoy this game.

I think i can say i am particularly good at it now, i know how to change tempo's and when to do things and when to not.

The Gnasher Shotgun along with the Retro Lancer is the best combination, i found this out through experimenting without being drilled by youtube No Lifes.

Oh how i love this game.

I usually run the old school set up of Lancer and Gnasher which i personally believe is the best set up for me......

Do use Hammy and Gnasher from time to time aswell, i only really use the Retro when iam playing bad because of his immense close range power it likes another shotgun with better fire rate

Had a week off it before yesterday, but other than that i have played it non stop since September( apart from Christmas)
