One of best MP modes i have played in years

I think i like it more than the standard MP modes which says an awful lot

Also Dom its good but i will say this as far as standard multiplayer goes how the Gnasher works and how the maps are designed takes some getting use to.

A lot has changed, it took me about 5 games to get a good score

Although 2 of them were FFA and i have accepted i'm crap at FFA.

Thing is Locusts are supposed to win..... they are designed to do so that is why they are so powerful.

Its the COG or human's role to hold them back and delay them, the COG are not really suppose to stop them from advancing.

Its an attack and defend game mode and who wins is determined by how they do as the Locust and the COG.

I like it anyway but i haven't play Domination yet but i plan to.

The maps on multiplayer are really good, but theres only 4 of them right now they better release some more soon so the VIP pass will be worth it, even though I got the microsoft points for it free from preorder bonus

Domination is great, I did better on that than I did on TDM.

Haven't tried free for all though, I dont think I'd do to well atm

From what i understand there is 2 new maps plus Execution coming out on the Free DLC on April 2nd.

There are also 6 new maps to come with the VIP pass plus two new game modes but they haven't announced the dates.

I do agree i like the maps but there is not enough of them right now.

And yeah that last map where they was like 1 hit away was great, i don't know how we held on after that like 5 minute Corpser/Mauler onslaught but we did

I hate the normal multiplayer, the maps are too big and theres too much shit going on.

I prefer the gameplay mechanics of this game to Gears 3 but the maps on Gears 3 were miles better.

I will continue to play Overrun but i just hate the normal multiplayer i'm not use to the size of these maps and power weapons all over the place in random places.

This is not the Gears experience i'm used to how ever Overrun is good and i will continue to play that.

The maps are defintely big, sometimes i have trouble finding people. its also very different from gears 3. i personally like the gameplay though, pretty fast paced and fun.

just got my alex brand and classic hammerburst codes in my email, you think its worth it to sell them? I dont really care that much about skins

I was average as hell at Gears 3 but I'm a monster on this. Pretty much 20-25 kills a game and MVP. All I really play is domination.

I got the same 2 for pre-ordering, I like the Alex skin because she has some awesome remarks when doing stuff/kills. I sold my Gears 3 skin, but kept this. From what I can see the Alex skin is the most sought after so if you can get a good price and don't want it its definitely worth selling.

I like rolling with the Stim + Gnasher and just running up to people, if I miss Ill melee as I suck thankfully the 2 piece is pretty ridiculous. but I really like free for all right now I can beast on it.

Microsoft has confirmed to Eurogamer that the Warzone mode found lurking with Gears of War: Judgment is a slice of code leftover from Gears of War 3.

To access this mode, after booting the game, choose Private Match and highlight Team Death Match, and press A. At the next prompt press the A and B buttons simultaneously. When it says "You are about to start a match. Continue?", press A again.

An image posted on NeoGAF appears to show information for a number of extra maps, too. These haven't been proven to exist in playable form on the disc and may just be placeholder entries for future content.

The additional maps are Mausoleum (likely a re-make of the Gears 1 map of the same name), Hospital, Museum, Capitol and Haven.

The latter two have already been announced for release next week as part of a free, Maxim-sponsored download alongside Execution.

Probably bad players, the movement takes a lot to get used to but once you do you can move a lot more quicker and smoother.

That has been the same since Gears 1.

Maps are too big and random for my tastes, i preferred the Gears 1-3 maps where you had to actually battle and control who had the power weapons.

Here they are everywhere and the maps are too big, just feels like one big free for all but in teams

Just found out why the maps are so big and the weapon placements are so random.

The 4 standard maps shipped with the game were designed for FFA

I played the 1 map that came with the free execution DLC called Haven and it seems much more like the maps i'm used to.

If they can release more maps which are designed for team based play and an actual emphasis on controlling power weapons i MIGHT actually like it.

Because tbh the gameplay is good i just find the maps to be terrible.
