Honestly, Union should have been pressuring from the start of the 2nd half and not down to the end. Think they could have left with a victory easily. All in all, good match from them. Not so much from Real...

No legs Alex... Everyone was shot. Even cr7 was invisible for the most part.

motm for madrid: varane, no competition
flop for madrid: everyone whois name isnt varane.

Philly did well to make us look like a relegation team.

I don't know if it was the travel or what up they all looked dead tired. No one wanted to run. They just stood around and watched for the most part.

Seriously, stop overreacting Turok. 3 matches in 7 days during pre season, you are gonna have a match like this.

hard to explain for the non-existent midfield though. wasn't xabi rested for the midweek match?

We played a good d3 team... Even if they are the ultimate team for mls, they should be a joke for us.

It is only preseason though.

Once again, no Xabi, no party. He was clearly not ready yet - semi-injured. It's hurting us badly. With Sahin out too, we are in big trouble.

looks like i missed nothing Smile

czy, when you play a d3 team and they are physically in much better shape than you, you wont ever have an easy ride. Throw them against us in november or february, when we are in full regime, we will pwn them. and they are the best of the mls, even worse, specially in a league trying to copy the english model, and putting so much emphasis on athleticism

I can cope with getting frustrated with tactics and having a bad game in terms of execution. But lack of effort by almost the entire team.. that's a problem. Especially by players trying to win a starting spot or just making the team. CR7 has nothing to prove, yet he played decently. It's the mindset that really bothers me.
