For years and years, the formula in spain is to have power shared between coaches and sporting directors. In England, it's managers who have all the power (ala Wenger).
The coherency has always been a good thing for mou, and now he has it here?
Are we making a good choice in imitating the English model, and how much of an effect will it have for mou to possess complete technical power?
