It depends on what the criteria is.
If these teams all played a knockout tournament well then the most recent teams on that list would dominate because football evolved tactically.
So if we are speaking in terms of influence, well the first three you mentioned would be my top three too.
Ajax 69-74 was probably the most influential team ever because their total football concepts laid the foundations for a lot of the teams on that list.
Sacchi took it a step further with an emphasis on high lines, pressing, and zonal marking which influenced a lot of the teams on that list. He also did it in Italy where at the time that was considered alien.
Pep's Barca started a possession craze and popularized positional play. The elite coaches nowadays all heavily emphasize the latter. Pep, Conte, Tuchel, Klopp, Sarri, Naglesmann, and Flick all come to mind. They all play this 2-3-5/3-2-5 in possession where everyone is evenly spaced out and no one is in the same channel. It's so structured which differs it from Michel's Ajax who were much more fluid in positioning. In that regard, Van Gaal's Ajax had a big influence on the way top team attack nowadays. Though, I don't believe these new coaches are as rigid as he was in terms of positioning.
Another metric is based on each team's dominance at the time. You can use trophies to build that argument. You can also use the eye test. Some teams just looked absolutely dominant.
The team I grew up watching on a week to week basis between those three were Pep's Barca. They had the trophies, they had the influence, and they had the style of play which made them look so dominant.
It was a perfect storm. I mean if you look at the 2011 team it had 8 starters from La Masia playing a style of football they grew up with in the academy. There was almost a telepathic understanding between the players. They had a generational coach in Pep and generational players in Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, and Alves. Then they had their style of play which involved an emphasis on possession, positioning, pressing, and combinations. Taking all that into account along with winning 14 trophies in 4 years, then they're a very memorable team. All they were missing was retaining the CL really.
Though I feel you can make an argument against each of the top three as to why they aren't a clear number one. I just think those top three are my top three because not only did they win a lot over a 4-5 years, but they changed the footballing landscape with their style of play.

Ajax 1995 & Pep's Barca are in a class of their own, better than all the others, but since it's a top 10 poll- here are the other 8:

Barca 2015
Real Madrid 1956-1960
Bayern 2020
Liverpool late 70's-mid 80's
Milan late 80's-mid 90's
Ajax 1971-1973
Liverpool 2019
Bayern 2013
Barca 2015
Real Madrid 1956-1960
Bayern 2020
Liverpool late 70's-mid 80's
Milan late 80's-mid 90's
Ajax 1971-1973
Liverpool 2019
