WHICH TWO TEAM WILL PROGRESS ?
Re: Champions League 2021/22 | Group A
Mbappe is too selfish, and they try to play from him too much which brakes the dynamic. At 25 min Messi was asking the ball, but it didn't come to him after that, probably got annoyed.

is that Eto on the camera, probably waiting to meet his most favourite boss Pep?

Name a forward line with less chemistry than MMN. I'll wait.

just a matter of time for city scores, they are completely dominant. PSG cant keep the ball for a good 10 sec.

in between Mbappe being half-out on this team and PSG generally being infamous for being such a beta cuck of a team on the big stage, i don't think they'll gain any significant chemistry throughout the season

Mbappe will continue doing his mostly ineffective/inefficient headless chicken runs and dribbles and showboating... Messi will get better throughout the season, but will ultimately force things when it matters, and Neymar will try to pull it all together but he doesn't have the leadership qualities for it.
They'll crash and burn in the Ro16 or quarters.

PSG does not look like they have a game plan. players are just moving forward and passing at whoever they see around.

As soon as they get Messi involved, something happens. The ball is too much on the left.

2-0 FT Mbappe taking taking lay down in wall after Messi. Small steps to right direction.

Mbappe is not going to defer to Neymar or Messi. If anyone thinks that, they're dreaming. Won't happen in a million years.
PSG aren't a team. Just individualities right now.

Re: Champions League 2021/22 | Group A
Bit disappointed with Man C, PSG defended with just seven for large parts of that second half, and Man C couldnt stretch them. Would have been better to move Sterling wide left or something.
PSG very underrated for this performance I think, this was vs Man C, PSG played very well despite not really clicking between many players and many simple mistakes. So its another f-up by Pep and some points plus for Poch.
Most important player for PSG though Verratti, if he stays fit, n MNM click anywhere near their best potential, CL favourites?

The turtle needs to know he's Pedro in this arrangement and learn to play cutbacks instead of trying to dribble and shoot from a shit angle

He's the one that made both goals... so nothing wrong with how he's playing at all. Neymar is the one that really needs to get it together. He's a rich man's Graelish right now.

can't wait for halfway into the season when they are still lacking for chemistry and Messi brings out the Pedro 2010-2012 highlight reel flash drives for him to study

Re: Champions League 2021/22 | Group A
Watching more closely now, I finally realize just how spoiled Neymar is, play act, complaining, showboat.. its all true. I still like him overall as a player due to obvious reasons I do see those flaws now
Mbappe has his issues, but hes more professional.
Anyway, think Messi's influence in clearly there to be seen already, they both like to play with him, as with any top player would. Pass or not pass during so many incidents in games, its bound to happen both ways, but should be enough overall to make goals since they are just able to make so many chances.
Football is weird though, Man C just outplayed Chelsea the CL winner, and get beat by this PSG. If Chelsea played PSG now though Chelsea prolly would win

Always a delight to watch Pep lose
People really do think he's high and above but honestly he isn't and games like these keep proving it. I expect City to drop out in the Quarters the way theyre going.
